Fresh Air Flavours was started by Julie Rempel of Nipawin, Saskatchewan. Julie wants to share her love of the outdoors and the tasty morsels that abound in the forest near her home. 

Eating is a big part of our culture and what better way to celebrate our local area than with tastes that many times lay as hidden treasures, undiscovered or forgotten.  Many fabulous chefs create new dishes using our products. These chefs have learned that unique but complimentary flavors lend depth, interest and variety to traditional meals or new creations.
