Alfredo Sauce

2 tbsp flour
1/2 tsp salt
dash of pepper
2 tbsp butter
1 cup milk
1 tsp garlic pesto

melt butter and add flour, salt,  pepper and garlic pesto.  mix well.  add milk. stir and cook over low heat until mixture boils and  thickens.   add it to your grilled chicken breasts and steamed snap peas, carrots and red peppers.  pour chicken and vegetable alfredo mixture over pasta.
